Keyword Discovery is the primary keyword research tool in Centori. You can use it to load hundreds, or thousands, of keyword suggestions and save the ones you’d like to target and track your rank.
First head to Keyword Discovery in the main navigation menu.
Enter in a seed keyword that you would like to base your results on. We recommend trying out different keyword variations. If you have an especially niche keyword, this can limit the results that are returned so we recommend starting broad and narrowing your search as you use the tool.
Optionally, you can set a filter to refine the results that are returned. You can filter by:
- Keyword difficulty
- Search volume
- Keywords that include or exclude certain words

Once done loading you will see the following screen. Our Keyword Discovery tool pulls from a database of over 3 Billion keywords and will often show up to 1,000 suggestions for a seed keyword.
Keyword Discovery tabs
The keyword discovery table is separated out by a series of tabs:
- Ideas: These are keywords relevant to the seed keyword.
- Suggestions: These are keywords that explicitly use the seed keyword.
- Related: These are keywords related to the seed keyword. They could be adjacent searches or distantly related.
- Questions: These are questions being searched for the seed keyword.
Keyword Discovery columns
The keyword discovery tables are broken out into the following columns:
- Keyword: The keyword that was returned.
- Volume: The monthly search volume. This will change depending on the location/language you set for the project.
- Difficulty: How difficult it is to rank for the keyword on a scale of 0 - 100. We color-code this to help you gauge how difficult a keyword is.
- $CPC: The average cost-per-click for the keyword. This can tell you how competitive a keyword is for ad buys.
- SERP Features: The search engine result page (SERP) features. This can tell you more about how Google changes the search page for different keywords.
- Results: The number of organic results returned for that keyword.
- Last Updated: The last time this keyword was updated in the database.
