Coaching T’s and C’s

Guidelines and guardrails for coaching and your account.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership.

This is not a partnership in the legal or business sense, rather your coach (Centori) works with you (the client) to guide you on your SEO journey by asking questions, offering advice, and sparking creativity wherever possible.

Our mission is to help you reach your goals, and we will support you in any way that we can whether that is strategizing live on a call, sending helpful resources, or making targeted recommendations each month.

Roles and responsibilities

Because coaching is collaborative, we (Centori and you) both shoulder the load in building and maintaining your SEO strategy.

Your coach is responsible for…

  • Being knowledgeable, helpful, and productive on calls
  • Showing up to calls prepared and ready to help
  • Instructing you on SEO
  • Offering targeted advice for your situation
  • Checking in to ensure you are making progress in between calls
  • Reviewing content and materials that you provide for review
  • Providing insights each month in a helpful overview report.

You are responsible for…

  • Implementing the advice from your coach
  • Scheduling calls with your coach
  • Rescheduling calls in the event you need to cancel
  • Providing info for your coach to help prepare for each call

To help prevent assumptions or mixed expectations we’ve broken out a few “ground rules” to help ensure…

Scheduling

  • Your coaching subscription will include a set number of minutes each month. These minutes do not roll over, however, if you purchase an additional coaching hour these minutes will roll over. For example: if you up to 90 minutes each month and purchase an additional hour, any unused minutes from the additional hour will roll over and will not be used until your 90 minutes in the next billing period are used up.
  • If you cannot make a call we ask that you let your coach know ahead of time. Failure to show up to a call will result in a deduction of the time booked. In the event of an emergency, some leeway can be allowed here.
    • In the event your coach fails to make a meeting, the time will not be deducted from your monthly minutes.

Communication

  • Communication between you and your coach can be done via Slack (DM or a private channel for your team) or email. After extended communication, your coach may recommend discussing further over a call.
  • Your coach will make every effort to respond in a timely manner. Our SLA is 4 hours within working hours (8am - 6pm EST, Monday - Friday).

Managing your subscription

You may modify your subscription at any time. Any upgrades to your subscription will take immediate effect, and downgrades to your subscription (including cancellation) will take effect in the next billing period. For example, if you are in the middle of your current billing period and cancel, you will not be charged again but have the remaining time in your billing period to receive support from your coach.
